Document Imaging

Document Scanning

We convert sensitive materials into precision-organized digital files, increasing productivity and lowering costs.

Every page of every file is carefully handled, scanned, indexed and stored to ensure accurate processing. Through industry leading equipment and software, specifically set up for each project, we meet the unique needs of our clients.

We Archive The Whole Project

Everything is prepared and set up by hand. Fronts and backs of pages are all captured, even if it is generic information, such as the back of a FedEx Airbill. We do not let the software make risky decisions, such as auto detecting and deleting blank pages, which can result in loss of information. If there is a concern with some of the project pages we document it and notify you.

Effective Results

Whether your project is of large or small scale, we archive according to your needs. The full advantages of digital imaging are realized through a thoughtful understanding of how this service will provide the most value to your workspace, and in turn your customers. By learning your core drivers, business operations and necessary value impact we create a plan which aligns itself with your immediate and future objectives.

With this in mind our deliverables allow our clients the ability to enjoy the full benefits of going paperless.

OCR, ICR, Bates Numbering, Redaction, and Others

Digital files are output according to client-specified needs. Working together we carefully outline and define a structure that will work best for your project. Included in this are the data embedding and post-processing requirements which give the digital files their best value. For instance, law files for litigation may require bates stamping to be added or removed from a PDF.

Security

All work is performed in a secure and isolated environment either at our office in Walnut Creek, CA or On-Site. Processing is done on machines not connected to a network or the internet.

We follow the Gramm-Leach-Bliley practice to ensure safeguarding of information.
